This is a great recipe for your young one. It is different and yummy and is surely a hit amongst young children. The plus point is that it is highly nutritious as well. You can serve it to your little one as is, or serve it with bread of your child’s choice or some cucumber or carrot sticks. You can start feeding your young one with this dish, from 9 months onwards. The best part is that you can refrigerate this for a couple of days as well.
I cup of cooked chickpeas
2 cloves of garlic (chopped)
Some lemon juice (1/2 a lemon)
Extra virgin olive oil
- Put all the ingredients in the food processor and blend it well to form a smooth and creamy paste. Use water to blend the mixture.
