1 carrot grated
1 cup cows milk
1 tbsp of sugar
1/4 tsp elaichi/cardamom powder
1 tbsp Ghee
- Take ghee in a skillet, and roast the carrots in it for 2 -3 minutes.
- Now add the milk and sugar, and let it cook, till the carrots are cooked and the milk is reduced to half.
- Do not dry out the entire milk, like the way we do it for adults. Leave some milk in it.
- Now add elaichi powder and simmer for a while.
